Business Tax
S-corp, partnership, and LLC returns prepared by a CPA who also does your planning, so the return is the last step, not the first surprise.
Olive Branch, MS · CPAs since 2012
Business and individual tax, monthly bookkeeping on a flat fee, fall planning meetings, and a partner who answers the phone. For owners and families across DeSoto County and the Memphis area.
What we do
The person who does your books is down the hall from the person who does your return and the person who plans your year. That is the whole point of a small firm.
S-corp, partnership, and LLC returns prepared by a CPA who also does your planning, so the return is the last step, not the first surprise.
Returns for households, W-2 earners with a side business, rental owners, and people who just moved across the state line and are not sure what that means.
Monthly books you can actually read, reconciled by the 10th, with payroll run on time and filings handled. Flat monthly fee, no hourly surprises.
A meeting in the fall, not a bill in April. Entity choice, retirement contributions, equipment timing, and owner pay structured before December 31.
Notices, audits, back returns, and payment plans. We speak to the IRS so you do not have to, and we tell you the realistic outcome before we start.

Client stories
We moved from Germantown and had no idea about Mississippi's rules. Elaine caught a credit our old preparer missed two years running and amended both years. That covered her fee several times over.

Marcus took our books from a shoebox to a monthly close in about sixty days. I finally know what the business makes before the year is over.

Got a CP2000 notice and panicked. Priya responded in a week, the IRS agreed with her, and the "amount due" went from $9,400 to zero.

Deadlines
The next four federal dates that apply to most of our clients, counted from today. State dates usually match; we’ll tell you when they don’t.
Dates shift to the next business day when they fall on a weekend or holiday; the tracker shows the statutory date. Not tax advice.
Individual returns start at $295 and most land between $350 and $650 depending on schedules. Business returns start at $900. You get a written quote after a 20-minute intake call, and the price does not change unless the scope does.
Yes. About a third of our clients are in Memphis, Collierville, and Hernando, and several are out of state. Everything can be done through the secure portal and video calls; the office is here if you prefer to sit down.
Yes, and it is common. We request your prior returns and books, review them, and tell you what we would change before you commit. Switching in the fall is ideal so planning happens before December.
It is one of the most common reasons people call. We pull your IRS transcripts, file the missing years in the right order, and negotiate penalties or a payment plan. No judgment; the goal is to get you current.
Yes. A cleanup is quoted as a fixed project after we look at the file. Most single-entity cleanups take two to four weeks and run $1,200 to $3,500 depending on how far back the mess goes (sample pricing).
